Technopolis Plc is expanding its Viestikatu property in Kuopio. Construction of

Phase 2 of Technopolis Viestikatu will be continued. The parking building now

being completed will continue to its next phase without interruptions.

Construction will start immediately and the expansion will be completed by the

end of 2010.

Phase 2A, currently under construction and scheduled for completion at the

beginning of October, consists of new company premises and a parking garage

with a total area of 13,400 m2. The stage 2B parking garage, for which

construction will now commence, comprises 5,100m2, with 184 new parking places

at an estimated cost of approximately EUR 2.2 million.
